A Very Christian Man
There is a fundamental problem, I think,
With the very Christian man.
Women do perceive the world in feelings.
Eye-catching, colorful emotion
But they believecan it be true?
That women are blind to the shades of lust,
All russet and purple.
They tell me what women think, and they are right.
Sex is worthless without some form of love.
But love remains untarnished by a need for touch.
The very Christian man is restrained;
Uncomfortable with contradictions
Which, in one womans opinion,
Is the dominion of the fairer sex.

The Quarry in Flight
The quarry, deemed reasonable,
Turned shyly toward the death
Forward rushing and inevitable
To take her sweet, last breath
Like so, pursued are does
By bitch and buck alike
Without rest, she goes
To avoid that dreaded spike
Less is it pain than fear
In the mind of the fleeing bird
So flutters there and here
In her loneliness immured
Some tiny flower in the sun
Resists the urge to bloom
Remain so cloistered till day be done
Hides away her red-orange plume
Though hunts be unsuccessful
(How oft is the fox caught?)
Through ways dark and deceitful
She evades where she is sought
The tern, the gull is neer home

well, things have settled down with my parents. At least, Matt hasn't been shanked yet.
I Have Discovered the Wonders of MSN Messenger.
And lots of caffeine because when I get to chatting on there, you'll never hear the end of it. Beyond this wonderous discovery, the tech in my life has been nothing but heartwrenching. Damn you, printer!
I just had my Anatomy and Phisiology final today. I'm so glad its over. I want a fresh start with the next Quarter, one where I don't skip so much. Once and a while, mayhaps.
I had a wee bit of an emotional breakdown last Tuesday. Working through it slowly. I'm just really glad that I have someon
Okay, today was pretty damn eventful. I got up in the morning and the lighting was peculiar...should have known something odd was afoot. After juggling school work, piano practice and the final choir concert of Winter quarter, life seemed decent. Right, sure it was...
John, the one who always bites me and is thus the reason for a small, red bite mark on my left shoulder. no, it wasn't Matt. anyway, John announces before the concert that the choir should go out to the Ram. Ok, sure, my folks would have no problem with that. But I'd invite Matt to the concert and was going to go to the Ram with him.
I'm getting ahead of myself again.
Real men are girly boys. The only reason Matt and I have gotten along so well is because we're both a mix of the masculine and feminine. He can be sappy and we can talk about feelings till 5 am. Or he can be passionate and aggressive. Or I can be domineering and masculine. Say what you will, but Taoism is right about Yin/yang. Each person has to be a balance of the masculine and feminine in order to work in a healthy, lasting relationship.
Guys are stereotypically thought of as being run by there dicks, but girls can be really simple and shallow , too. I know a few. It's not pretty because, yeah, you expect them to be deeper than tha
